If you prefer to fish without a guide, we now offer great unguided private fly-fishing on some of Central Pennsylvania's best trout streams. The streams we fish include Penn's Creek, Yellow Creek, Elk Creek, Pine Creek, and the Little Juniata, among others. These camps are within a reasonable drive of most of the East, as well as Pittsburgh, Cleveland, and Buffalo. All of our private water has healthy populations of wild and stream-reared brown, rainbow, and brook trout. Guided fishing is also available at extra cost.

Logan Outfitters has three spacious streamside camps in four different locations, each with its own designated private-access water. In addition to the private-access water, each camp is surrounded by miles of excellent public trout water. The camps have complete cooking facilities and space for 6-8 anglers, depending on the location. Guests provide their own food, cooking, and housekeeping.

To provide the best possible fishing, the camps are available from Thursday at 2:00 p.m. to Sunday at 2:00 p.m. Ony one party may book each camp at a time and must book it for the entire period. The camp is closed for the rest of the week to rest the fish. Anglers can expect good populations of healthy and well-rested fish. Guests decide how they wish to allocate the fishing. Maps are provided to show where the designated beats begin and end. Guided fishing on other private-access streams is available at an extra charge.
